A massive 2/3 of respondents felt that their current information systems were not adequate to meet business needs and the key challenges of information management highlighted were:
1. Managing multiple data sources
2. Capturing data
3. Reporting for compliace
However, on the plus side the benefits of good information management are:
1. Profitablility
2. Cost Reduction
3. The ability to sell more through better customer insight
